What you will do

• Define and drive the digital customer success communications roadmap in partnership with Marketing.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable email marketing programs to improve product onboarding and adoption.
• Create and maintain content guidelines for Customer Success email design, voice, and format.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell impact.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to enable product-data-driven email automation.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, personalization, and customer insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Digital Programs, or Customer Marketing within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing email journeys using marketing automation platforms.
• Strong AI proficiency including prompt engineering and understanding of AI applications in customer success.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, technical content for diverse audiences.
• Must maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
