Senior Program Manager

TL;DR

Location: Remote

Salary: $115,300.00 - $173,800.00 (CAN) plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Guide cross-functional teams through complex business transformation programs.
• Partner with Product, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to lead and influence business initiatives.
• Design and drive strategy and operational plans that deliver against company objectives.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational change.
• Define, track, and report key performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
• Build world-class PMO standards for the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a program/project manager, leading change across multiple functions and business units.
• Experience building and leading programs and projects end-to-end.
• Leadership and team management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Diverse and inclusive cross-team collaboration skills.
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions, including Salesforce.com.
• Experience working with and business process knowledge for the SaaS business model.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Understanding of business models and routes to market, including hyperscalers, OEM, licensing, and managed service providers (MSPs).
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.
• MS/MBA, PMP, and/or an advanced degree.
