What you will do

  • Manage a global portfolio of B2B customers without assigned KAM coverage, working with companies of all sizes.
  • Drive new and recurring revenue by converting trials, securing renewals, and expanding usage of hirify.global products.
  • Monitor product usage, renewal cycles, and customer behavior to identify risks and build engagement campaigns.
  • Run full-funnel sales motions, qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and guiding customers through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Engineering, Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Sales Excellence teams.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and participate in events to strengthen relationships with the developer audience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (ideally in SaaS or developer tools).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and analytical approach to pipeline management and account prioritization.
  • Proven success in upsell, cross-sell, renewal, or expansion motions.
  • Confidence working with technical audiences and motivation to learn hirify.global products deeply.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tooling.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) required.

Nice to have

  • Additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
