TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business with enterprise clients by crafting solutions that deliver measurable impact with an accent on consultative sales approach and managing complex sales cycles. Focus on closing high-value SaaS deals and consistently surpassing revenue targets.
Location: Remote (US). If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 USD per year, with commission eligibility.

What you will do
- Drive new client acquisition by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiations, and signed agreements.
- Consistently deliver revenue goals by driving high-value deals while keeping a well-managed pipeline in Salesforce.
- Work in partnership with an assigned Sales Development Representative to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Represent hirify.global at industry trade shows to showcase our solutions and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Provide essential support to new clients during the initial launch phase and throughout the first ninety days with hirify.global.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3-5+ years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience.
- Experience in selling safety-related products or services, working with contractors, working in procurement, or working in an industry that hirify.global has current customers is considered a plus.
- Excellent Organizational Skills - This role requires significant travel, meeting coordination, and RFP/RFI/RFQ response management.
- Superior Communication - Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong Public Speaking - Ability to confidently present in front of groups, maintain audience engagement, and communicate complex topics with clarity and poise.
- Self-Motivated - Capable of setting and achieving goals independently, with minimal supervision from senior management.

- Technical proficiency - Strong computer skills with familiarity in CRM applications, including Salesforce.
