What you will do
- Own the business relationship with clients, building strong partnerships across key stakeholders.
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts.
- Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and platform capabilities to align with client goals.
- Proactively uncover opportunities to deliver additional value and drive client satisfaction.
- Represent hirify.global in high-level discussions and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or customer success.
- Ideal background in subscription-based SaaS, with experience in consultative environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive-level relationships.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
