TL;DR

Inside Partner Account Manager (SaaS): Managing customer retention, growth, and partner relationships for a software portfolio with an accent on the Latin American market and technical product sales. Location: Must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in Florida (Miami or Ft Lauderdale area)

Salary: $68,850 - $85,050 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Own customer retention and growth within an assigned territory and portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to deepen account penetration.
  • Map out usage patterns and align internal resources like system engineers or partners to customer needs.
  • Identify and execute revenue expansion opportunities through strategic cross-sell and upsell motions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to meet quarterly and yearly goals.
  • Address customer challenges innovatively to ensure high adoption and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Experience in technical software product sales and the Latin American market.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States, with preference for candidates in Florida.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills for technical stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Portuguese language skills.
