What you will do

  • Define and lead end-to-end product strategy for critical SMB domains to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with company goals, revenue objectives, and customer needs.
  • Drive customer-facing innovation, specifically leveraging AI and automation to enhance SMB value.
  • Account for product performance across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to resolve tradeoffs and scale effectively.
  • Present business cases and investment rationales to senior stakeholders to guide strategic resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with significant strategic scope.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital products for SMB audiences or recurring revenue models.
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing core financial metrics and ROI.
  • Experience translating advanced AI or automation capabilities into tangible customer value.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence in complex, matrixed environments.
