What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of three PMMs, setting direction and fostering professional growth.
• Define and maintain core product positioning and messaging architecture.
• Develop and execute a predictable, cross-functional product launch framework.
• Package solutions combining platform capabilities, participant supply, and services.
• Partner with product and sales leadership to align roadmap priorities with market demand.
• Conduct competitive and customer research to inform GTM strategy and narrative development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or leading product marketing teams.
• Proven track record of building PMM functions from the ground up.
• Strong background in marketing for B2B products, marketplaces, or platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, effective messaging for various buyer types.
• Experience driving business growth through successful product launches.
