What you will do

  • Prospect target personas through 50+ daily outbound calls and strategic email touchpoints.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for sales qualified opportunities to support the Account Executive team.
  • Manage lead pipelines and maintain deep knowledge of the product suite.
  • Implement sales methodologies such as SPICED and BANT to refine the sales process.
  • Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to optimize messaging and prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Austin, TX
  • 1+ year of experience in sales development or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, curiosity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in an organized, fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is highly preferred.
