Location: Must be based in the Americas (US/Canada).

What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day deal pipeline between ecosystem partners and the company.
- Achieve revenue targets by building and managing a pipeline of partner-referred opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture key partner relationships that generate mutual value.
- Conduct enablement sessions, platform demonstrations, and presentations to partner organizations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support joint lead-gen and brand awareness campaigns.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate regarding partner statuses, deal stages, and stakeholder information.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Professional experience in the SaaS industry (e.g., email services, ecommerce, CRM, or martech).
- Deep understanding of the inner workings of digital and full-service agencies.
- Proven ability to establish and grow long-term business relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for partner development and industry events.
- Agile growth mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving, independent work environment.
