Salary: $69,000–$78,000 per year (base + commission).

What you will do
- Communicate regularly with sales representatives regarding leads, opportunities, and campaign initiatives.
- Follow up on lead inquiries and product sample requests.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve quality control or consignment issues.
- Execute opportunity win strategies while maintaining up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM.
- Influence customers during RFQ follow-ups and propose solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Support field sales with business development tasks and attend vendor shows as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience in Inside Sales, Sales, or Account Management.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside in or near Fraser, MI.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with personal computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to understand and comply with U.S. FDA and Worldwide medical device regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with professional telephone and email technique.
