• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 5-10 business development executives.

• Collaborate with the Head of Field Sales to execute growth strategies for 2026.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience managing field-based sales teams.

• Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and meeting targets.
