What you will do
- Develop and execute a regional partner strategy aligned with ’s overall go-to-market goals.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new VARs and channel partners in the Southwest region.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners through QBRs, strategic co-selling, and joint business planning.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities and accurately forecast channel-driven revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver a unified partner experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B tech environments.
- Deep knowledge of the reseller/VAR/distribution ecosystem.
- Proven ability to drive partner revenue and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with partner platforms, deal registration processes, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently Nationwide.
