Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline creation to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and execute partner enablement programs including product education and sales alignment.
  • Design and run partner sales plays to unlock stalled deals and identify high-fit customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing teams to execute partner initiatives, campaigns, and events.
  • Partner with internal Sales teams to support co-selling motions and ensure efficient deal handoffs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partner Development, or SaaS Partnerships.
  • Proven track record of pipeline creation and revenue impact.
  • Experience influencing and enabling external partner sales teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce for forecasting and accuracy.

  • Experience managing multiple partners with distinct goals simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Experience working within competitive partner ecosystems.
