TL;DR

Senior Manager, ISV Partnerships & GTM (AI): Driving revenue growth by building and scaling partnerships with Independent Software Vendors with an accent on vertical expansion and go-to-market strategy. Focus on identifying new market opportunities, building repeatable vertical playbooks, and executing joint sales strategies to generate measurable pipeline and bookings.

What you will do

  • Source, recruit, and manage a portfolio of 5–10 ISV partners across both established and emerging verticals.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans including co-selling motions, demand generation, and co-branded content.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify new verticals for voice AI and build repeatable GTM playbooks.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams to support integration and sales enablement.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, including referral structures, co-sell frameworks, and joint success metrics.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and closed bookings.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in ISV partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven track record of quota-carrying experience and closing partnership deals.
  • Deep understanding of technology products with the ability to participate in technical scoping and integration discussions.
  • Direct experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-adjacent markets.
  • Strong CRM discipline, preferably with Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience building partner programs at high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Background in conversational AI, CCaaS platforms, or contact center technologies.
  • Existing relationships with ISV executives in hospitality, fintech, or banking software.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, SIP/PSTN, CRM interconnection).
