Senior Integrated Marketing Programs Manager (AI): Owning and scaling the end-to-end marketing program for hirify.global Learning Arc, a new AI-native in-app digital learning product, with an accent on full-funnel strategy and execution across segments and regions. Focus on designing, testing, and scaling integrated programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline, while shaping the market presence and driving revenue for a disruptive product.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Raleigh, New York City, Austin, or Tel Aviv.

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 OTE

hirify.global, an SAP company, pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and is expanding into AI-native, in-app digital learning to revolutionize digital transformation.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing program for hirify.global Learning Arc, setting goals, defining strategy, and orchestrating execution.
  • Design, launch, and continuously refine PLG growth motions (activation, PQLs, conversion, onboarding) with scalable playbooks.
  • Architect and oversee multi-channel programs across email, digital, social, events, and in-product channels.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, differentiated messaging.
  • Drive alignment with Sales and Field teams on ABM motions and expansion programs to support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own the measurement framework for programs, using data and experimentation to guide decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in integrated, growth, or product marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Background in learning technology, HR tech, or L&D markets preferred.
  • Ability to independently design and lead complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Track record of scaling a differentiated or category-challenging product within an established organization.
  • Demonstrated success building and operating PLG or hybrid self-serve and sales-led motions.
  • Fluency in English required.
