Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices 3 days/week.

Salary: $62,400 - $72,800/year.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end interview coordination for complex, high-volume, and multi-timezone schedules.
  • Partner with recruiters to align logistics with candidate availability and interviewer constraints.
  • Maintain and optimize ATS and scheduling system records in Lever and GoodTime.
  • Support TA operational trends, documentation, and reporting to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Coordinate executive-level calendars and manage sensitive, confidential information.
  • Provide operational support during peak hiring periods and system updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating high-volume interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Lever, and GoodTime.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle complex logistics and interviewer availability.
  • Professional communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
  • Experience supporting both engineering and non-engineering recruitment cycles.
