Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Establish and optimize end-to-end recruiting strategies and best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of internal recruiters and oversee external agency partnerships.
• Partner with the Executive Team to attract high-quality technical and non-technical talent.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and pipeline consistency.
• Utilize data and key metrics to report on funnel efficiency and hiring KPIs.
• Manage the recruiting platform (Lever) and streamline operational workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Must be able to commute to the San Francisco office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build scalable recruiting processes.
• Proven experience hiring across diverse technical and non-technical disciplines in competitive environments.
• Active presence in the Bay Area recruiting ecosystem with a strong professional network.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style.
