What you will do

• Own interview scheduling and logistics across virtual and in-person formats.
• Guide candidates through the interview process with timely and informative communication.
• Manage end-to-end coordination from initial contact through to offer.
• Build and maintain recruiting systems, templates, and operational workflows.
• Partner with the team to manage job descriptions, interview loops, and process documentation.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on process automation and streamlining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
