Salary: $197,000 - $236,500 per year

What you will do
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Own enterprise workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and resource allocation in partnership with Finance and People leadership.
- Develop and evolve talent acquisition strategies that balance hiring speed, quality, and long-term business capability.
- Establish recruiting standards, offer governance, and operating models to ensure scalability.
- Partner with leadership to drive internal mobility and build-vs-buy talent strategies.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to advise executives on talent trends, constraints, and organizational design.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including enterprise or multi-functional scope.
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, including managing managers.
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
- Strong track record in workforce planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of competitive talent markets, especially in consumer tech.
- Excellent communication and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
