Salary: $197,000 - $236,500 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Own enterprise workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and resource allocation in partnership with Finance and People leadership.
  • Develop and evolve talent acquisition strategies that balance hiring speed, quality, and long-term business capability.
  • Establish recruiting standards, offer governance, and operating models to ensure scalability.
  • Partner with leadership to drive internal mobility and build-vs-buy talent strategies.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to advise executives on talent trends, constraints, and organizational design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including enterprise or multi-functional scope.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
  • Strong track record in workforce planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of competitive talent markets, especially in consumer tech.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
