Senior Campus Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Building and leading university recruiting programs including internships, co-ops, and fellowships with an accent on strategy development and campus partnerships. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Design and own the university recruiting strategy for internship, co-op, and fellowship programs.
  • Build relationships with universities, student groups, and career services teams to expand the talent pipeline.
  • Represent the company at on-campus and virtual career fairs and networking events.
  • Manage the full-cycle candidate experience, from initial engagement to offer delivery.
  • Develop and implement equitable sourcing strategies to foster an inclusive hiring pipeline.
  • Manage the conversion process from early-career programs to full-time employment.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in campus or early-career recruiting in high-growth settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience with event strategy, logistics, and engagement practices.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, ATS, and university job boards.
  • Willingness to travel for on-campus events as required.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.
