What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique business goals and objectives.
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including SEO specialists and paid advertising experts.
- Manage client budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and positive ROI.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- Proven track record in growing client accounts and upselling services.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
