What you will do
- Own, nurture, and grow B2B client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Product & Data Analytics, and Consulting teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s organizations, their objectives, and workflows.
- Drive retention and growth by developing account-specific strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven success in client-facing sales roles in a data or SaaS solutions business.
- Strong method in consultative selling across the whole sales cycle.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously on client management tasks with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
