TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of safe AI systems within the EMEA nonprofit sector with an accent on strategic partnerships and complex enterprise sales cycles. Location: London, UK or Dublin, IE preferred; remote within UK/EU considered.

Compensation: £195,000–£280,000 GBP (OTE) or €205,000–€255,000 EUR (OTE).

What you will do

  • Win new business and drive revenue within EMEA nonprofit organizations, managing the full sales cycle from outbound to launch.
  • Design innovative sales strategies tailored to regional dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural contexts.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems including executive directors, IT departments, and procurement committees.
  • Serve as a regional expert on EMEA nonprofit market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Build strategic relationships with nonprofit tech platforms, consultants, and sector networks to expand market reach.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with GDPR and address data sovereignty requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in EMEA markets with a focus on Portuguese-speaking regions.
  • Native or professional fluency in Portuguese required; English fluency required.
  • Proven track record of managing six-figure multi-country sales cycles.
  • Must be able to maintain 4–5 hours of daily overlap with SF-based teams.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection, and AI privacy frameworks.
  • Experience selling to organizations with complex, federated decision-making structures.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to INGOs, foundations, or bilateral agencies (e.g., EU institutions, GIZ).
  • Existing network within Lusophone nonprofit or social sector communities.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit technology ecosystems like Salesforce NPSP or Blackbaud.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or French.
