What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract closure.
  • Articulate the ROI of AI-driven automation to technical and business decision-makers.
  • Partner with founders to refine sales messaging and value propositions.
  • Build and document foundational sales processes and select the optimal GTM tool stack.
  • Provide critical market intelligence and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London with full work authorization (no sponsorship).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within B2B or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of building sales pipelines and consistently hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience in early-stage environments characterized by ambiguity and the need for structural setup.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
