TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Building top-of-funnel pipeline for a rapidly growing AI recruiting platform with an accent on strategic outbound outreach to HR leaders and agency owners. Focus on refining outbound playbooks, partnering with account executives, and executing data-driven sales strategies in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London. This role is 5x/week in-office.
Salary: £75K – £100K (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach.
- Engage with high-level decision makers including Heads of Talent and VP People.
- Partner with AEs, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Refine and iterate on the outbound sales playbook.
- Utilize data and testing to improve conversion strategies and meeting bookings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Apollo or Clay.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to London and work 5 days per week in-office.
Nice to have
- Previous experience selling to TA or HR personas.
- Background in early-stage startups or small GTM teams.
- Experience navigating Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
