What you will do
- Serve as the senior point of contact for live ad campaigns, overseeing execution from IO signing through final wrap reports.
- Develop and maintain account management playbooks, SLAs, and operational workflows to scale business volume.
- Partner with Ad Ops to ensure accurate campaign trafficking, pacing, and performance issue resolution.
- Own client communications and performance storytelling to protect brand standards while meeting advertiser objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on pre-sale inputs and post-sale growth opportunities to inform pricing and product packaging.
- Implement and manage CRM/OMS hygiene standards to improve forecasting and team accuracy.
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital advertising account management or client services at a publisher, tech platform, or agency.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end multi-stakeholder campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define and implement repeatable operational processes.
- Experience translating performance data into clear, client-ready narratives and actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of ad tech ecosystems, including ad servers, programmatic basics, and mobile app environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as this role is based in New York.
Nice to have
- Experience building AM playbooks or SLAs for a 0→1 or rapidly scaling advertising business.
- Hands-on experience with OMS/CRM platforms like Boostr.
- Background in managing native, custom, or branded content programs.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading small account management teams.
