What you will do

• Achieve assigned sales quotas through strategic partner-driven activities.
• Proactively recruit, qualify, and onboard high-potential value-added resellers and systems integrators.
• Facilitate joint account planning and sales campaigns with partners and internal teams.
• Develop partner sales and delivery capabilities through rigorous training programs.
• Manage partner activity, pipeline, and revenue reporting within Salesforce CRM.
• Mitigate partner conflict through effective communication and adherence to engagement rules.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner sales with VARs or systems integrators.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and exceeding software sales quotas.
• Expertise in enterprise, transactional, and subscription licensing models.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the CxO and Senior Sales level.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise software and DevOps workflows.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
