TL;DR
Commercial Account Executive (SaaS): Prospecting and closing new business for infrastructure monitoring solutions with an accent on consultative sales and complex enterprise deal management. Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $170,000 - $220,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through rigorous outbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact and product demos to contract negotiation.
- Articulate the technical and business value of the Grafana Cloud and Enterprise offerings.
- Maintain precise pipeline data and forecast accuracy within Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to facilitate proofs of concept and trial phases.
- Ensure smooth hand-offs to the growth team to foster ongoing customer success.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex value propositions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships both virtually and in person.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the open-source software ecosystem.
- Previous experience in high-velocity technology companies.
- Direct experience with Command of the Message framework.
