TL;DR
Account Executive (Enterprise Sales): Driving account acquisition and cultivating relationships within target accounts to maximize sales into new accounts with the objective of being part of the customers’ long-term business solution with an accent on over-quota achievement and growing an ambitious pipeline of business. Focus on navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers in the spirit of landing new accounts and establishing initial wallet share.
Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; Cleveland, Ohio, USA; Columbus, Ohio, USA; Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Reno, Nevada, USA; Springfield, Illinois, USA. This model allows us to work in a variety of workplaces that best support our success, including fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid.
Salary: $248,000 - $310,000 USD on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives).

What you will do
- Drive account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with all pertinent stakeholders within target accounts.
- Identify customer needs and configure an appropriate offering from our portfolio to meet those needs.
- Expand top of funnel by complimenting centralized marketing campaigns with own prospecting.
- Use ’s sales process to close large-scale, multi-year consumption-based deals.
- Partner closely with dedicated Solutions Consultant as well as Sales Development Representative to drive results.
- Exceptional knowledge of Observability solutions demonstrating proficiency and positioning of solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Field sales experience selling software to the F1000.
- Continuous, substantial, and proven success in enterprise sales.
- High energy and well-developed business sense.
- Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling.
- Deep and creative sales hunter skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience selling Observability solutions.
- Technical background.
