What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for critical security initiatives including API key security, ATO prevention, and access controls.
• Drive cross-team dependencies between security, fraud operations, and product engineering departments.
• Develop and communicate implementation roadmaps for complex security features.
• Partner with engineering managers to define technical requirements and prioritize security enhancements.
• Establish metrics and reporting processes to measure program effectiveness and security outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making regarding security and user experience trade-offs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of technical program management experience in security-focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of API security, authentication systems, and access controls.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment systems, financial technology, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements such as SOC2 and PCI.
• Background in identity and access management or platform security.
