What you will do

• Define and execute a regional partner strategy to meet global objectives.
• Build and scale high-value relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud providers, and MSPs.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue, joint selling, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Implement scalable partner programs, including enablement, certification, and incentives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Lead and mentor regional partner managers while representing the company at executive forums.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise tech.
• Proven track record of scaling partner programs across diverse geographies.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
