TL;DR

Partner Manager, Growth (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of emerging solution partners and scaling programs to support their growth with an accent on driving joint customer success and accelerating partner-led opportunities. Focus on crafting joint go-to-market motions, fostering executive relationships, and enabling sales and partner teams.

Location: Must be based in Austin, San Francisco, or New York City (hybrid, 3x/week in office).

Salary: $176,000.00 - $220,000.00 OTE. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.

What you will do

  • Scale partner engagement across a large portfolio of ecosystem partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with clear goals, timelines, and milestones.
  • Craft joint go-to-market motions that leverage market trends and product synergies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of partner business models, offerings, and strategic objectives.
  • Build and sustain trusted executive-level relationships between hirify.global and its partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute impactful co-branded campaigns, events, and content.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development, preferably in the SaaS or developer tooling space.
  • Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
  • High technical acumen; capable of speaking fluently with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A proven relationship-builder with the ability to navigate complex organizations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect vision to execution.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner programs, marketplaces, or ecosystem enablement.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startups.
  • Relationships with agencies, accelerators, or VC-backed startup communities.
