What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard systems integrators aligned with key industry verticals.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and co-sell motions with a portfolio of approximately 20 partners.
  • Collaborate with internal solutions engineering to build certification programs and technical enablement materials.
  • Guide partner delivery teams through complex integrations involving telephony, CRM platforms, and back-office APIs.
  • Manage partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and deployment velocity through quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5–7 years of experience in systems integration, channel partnerships, or technical alliances.
  • Technical fluency in enterprise contact center architecture including CCaaS, CRM integrations, and API-based systems.
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio of 15–25 SI or channel partners with measurable revenue impact.
  • Direct experience in healthcare, hospitality, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong business development instincts with experience structuring partnership terms and co-sell agreements.

Nice to have

  • Background in conversational AI or contact center automation technologies.
  • Existing relationships with practice leads at major consulting firms like Accenture, Slalom, or Cognizant.
  • Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, or Amazon Connect.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or EHR integration.
