What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Analyze client business goals to effectively position AI-driven SaaS solutions.
- Lead complex negotiations and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Refine sales strategies based on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Mexico.
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales with large ACV experience.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
