What you will do
- Build and define the PE/VC partnership program from scratch, including strategy, engagement models, and incentive structures.
- Prospect and recruit high-potential PE, VC, and Growth Equity partners to build long-term relationships with GTM and value creation teams.
- Drive pipeline and revenue by positioning the voice AI platform as a preferred technology partner across partner portfolios.
- Execute joint GTM initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and conference activations.
- Manage partner engagement cadences to ensure continued expansion and adoption within portfolio accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support the partner-led customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 6–8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or investment relations.
- Proven track record working within or managing partnerships with PE/VC firms in a tech or SaaS context.
- Strong understanding of investment models, portfolio structures, and value creation frameworks.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, revenue operations, or contact center industries.
- Established network within PE/VC ecosystems, particularly in healthcare, hospitality, or financial services.
- Familiarity with CRM and revenue technologies such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Background in conversational AI or voice technology.
