TL;DR

Founding Partner Success Manager (SaaS): Building and scaling the partner growth playbook for accountants with an accent on activation, onboarding, and long-term partnership success. Focus on driving AI-native accounting adoption, optimizing GTM metrics, and establishing the foundational strategy for a best-in-class partner organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in downtown Toronto, Canada; requires 4 days/week on-site.

Salary: CAD $180,000–$235,000 OTE plus equity.

hirify.global is an applied AI company building self-driving bookkeeping software, backed by major investors to automate accounting for millions of business owners and accountants.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the growth and activation playbook for accountant partners.
  • Create repeatable processes across the partner journey, from education to expansion.
  • Act as the primary product expert to assist partners through trial, activation, and scale.
  • Serve as the voice of the accountant to provide actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
  • Track and optimize key metrics including activation rates and pipeline growth.
  • Contribute to leadership by hiring, mentoring, and scaling the partner GTM team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing relationships and building processes from 0 to 1.
  • Advanced business qualifications or experience (CPA or accounting-related degree).
  • Strong SaaS and startup experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to support a technical audience and present complex solutions effectively.
  • Proven ambition to shape team culture, mentor others, and build organizational foundations.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Toronto, Canada 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with or selling directly to accountants or financial firms.
  • Background as a Founder or self-employed entrepreneur.
