What you will do
- Develop and execute the growth and activation playbook for accountant partners.
- Create repeatable processes across the partner journey, from education to expansion.
- Act as the primary product expert to assist partners through trial, activation, and scale.
- Serve as the voice of the accountant to provide actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
- Track and optimize key metrics including activation rates and pipeline growth.
- Contribute to leadership by hiring, mentoring, and scaling the partner GTM team.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing relationships and building processes from 0 to 1.
- Advanced business qualifications or experience (CPA or accounting-related degree).
- Strong SaaS and startup experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support a technical audience and present complex solutions effectively.
- Proven ambition to shape team culture, mentor others, and build organizational foundations.
- Must be able to work on-site in Toronto, Canada 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with or selling directly to accountants or financial firms.
- Background as a Founder or self-employed entrepreneur.
