What you will do

• Partner with product, software, and data science teams to quantify impact and identify new value sources for members.
• Develop and refine health-specific KPIs related to feature engagement and behavior adoption.
• Drive the strategic analytics roadmap by uncovering insights into key member segments.
• Build repeatable analytic tools, data pipelines, and dashboards to support feature development.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic or analytical roles with significant product team partnership.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring analytics teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, dbt, and data warehousing structures like Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Demonstrated success in running experiments like A/B testing in a product development context.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA for an on-site role.
