What you will do

• Support care model initiatives by analyzing patient engagement data to identify trends and success metrics.
• Perform data management and analysis to translate raw numbers into program insights and ROI proof points.
• Extract insights on clinical and operational outcomes using Looker/SQL.
• Build executive-level materials that synthesize complex findings for clinical and operational leaders.
• Act as a key partner to field leaders and internal teams, ensuring data integrity and alignment on program goals.
• Refine data collection processes to improve the speed and accuracy of reporting as the company scales.

Requirements

• Highly data-savvy with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency with data exploration using SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or Grafana.
• Comfortable leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a talent for creating persuasive presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of healthcare‑industry or consulting experience and valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a high-growth Healthcare Technology or SaaS startup environment.
• Proficient in Data‑visualization BI tools (e.g., Looker, Grafana, Prolific, or Tableau).
• Moderate to Advanced SQL or Python for large‑scale data analysis.
• Comfort working with APIs and exploring modern data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Figma, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.
