Salary: $120,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to define and prioritize product strategy.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover member behavior insights regarding hormonal and cardiometabolic health.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and automated tools for monitoring health features.
• Build and refine health-specific KPIs to measure feature adoption and member-reported value.
• Provide thought leadership on strategic decision-making to improve member retention and product outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic or analytical roles within product or data teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data warehousing structures like Snowflake.
• Proficiency with ELT tools such as dbt and visualization tools like Amplitude, Sigma, or Hex.
• Proven ability to influence leadership through compelling storytelling and actionable recommendations.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily analytical tasks.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
