What you will do

• Partner with the Growth Marketing team to analyze and optimize marketing investment and return on ad spend.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards for monitoring performance across various channels and geographies.
• Translate complex media, site behavior, and conversion data into strategic recommendations.
• Support incrementality testing, platform lift studies, and other performance marketing experiments.
• Collaborate with Data Science to integrate modeling outputs into business decision-making.
• Communicate data-driven insights to influence long-term growth strategy for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a consumer business setting.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or dbt.
• Adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Must be prepared to work out of the Boston, MA office.
