What you will do

• Design and maintain trusted data models for core financial metrics including ACV, ARR, and revenue recognition.
• Develop and govern dbt data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accurate delivery for Finance and Accounting teams.
• Build real-time self-serve dashboards using Looker and Omni to eliminate manual reporting dependencies.
• Create an AI Business Context layer to enable natural language querying and AI-assisted financial reporting.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automatically surface financial patterns, anomalies, and insights.
• Serve as the primary data partner for FP&A and Finance leadership, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

• SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with modern data stacks like dbt and cloud warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong analytical grounding with a deep understanding of financial metrics and data modeling rigor.
• Technical curiosity and active experience with AI tooling, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and own workstreams end-to-end from scoping to production.
• Excellent communication and writing skills to document complex business logic for humans and AI.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
