Salary: $115,000 - $157,000 fixed annual salary, with target total compensation ranging from $192,000 - $252,000 (including equity and benefits)

What you will do

  • Recruit and grow a portfolio of high-quality agency partners who can consistently influence merchants with 10K+ orders/month potential.
  • Build scalable agency enablement (playbooks, talk tracks, certification, and sales assets) so agencies confidently pitch hirify.global’s value proposition and drive adoption.
  • Partner closely with SMB BD (deal ownership) to generate and progress partner-sourced opportunities that match the large-activation profile.
  • Quarterback cross-functional execution with SMB CS/onboarding/implementation to ensure partner-sourced deals convert into successful launches across Shopify and off-Shopify paths.
  • Launch and run partner programs that increase adoption at scale (referral fees/rev share, co-marketing webinars/case studies/listings, and priority support/implementation help).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel partnerships, agency partnerships, or sales within ecommerce / SaaS / martech / adtech (or similar).
  • Proven ability to recruit, enable, and grow agency partner ecosystems that drive measurable pipeline and launches.
  • Strong commercial and consultative skill set: you can explain value clearly, handle objections, and build partner advocacy.
  • Program-builder mindset: you can turn ambiguous goals into repeatable motions, operating rhythms, and scalable enablement.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced teams and driving outcomes through influence (BD, CS/implementation, Marketing).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly, simplify to scale, and use AI/automation to increase leverage and consistency.
