TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth and managing full sales cycles for high-potential SMB customers in the EMEA region with an accent on value-based discovery, strategic pipeline generation, and closing complex deals. Focus on leveraging the hirify.global Customer Service Suite and Fin AI agent to solve customer problems and meet aggressive revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office (Hybrid role: in-office at least three days per week).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing to generate and progress a healthy pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored product demos highlighting the value of the hirify.global Suite and Fin AI agent.
  • Navigate procurement, security, and legal processes to ensure timely deal closure.
  • Forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide structured market feedback to the product team.
  • Champion core values while maintaining a focus on hitting quota and driving ARR growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on SMB customers.
  • Fluent French language proficiency is required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing deals in the 100k-200k ARR range.
  • Strong expertise in discovery, storytelling, and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to manage complex commercial evaluations, including security and legal requirements.
  • Rigorous approach to deal inspection and forecasting.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling helpdesk, AI, or messaging-based solutions.
  • Interest in the broader support-tech ecosystem.
