What you will do
- Own growth team operations, including lead tracking and campaign ROI analysis.
- Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across multiple channels.
- Optimize lead-generation strategies to reach key stakeholders and identify new market verticals.
- Drive branding and messaging iterations.
- Develop sales enablement materials and support the sales team in qualifying leads and improving conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
- 0-1 years of experience in early-stage startups, particularly in marketing or enterprise customer roles.
- Strong ability to craft long-term commercial strategies in dynamic markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in high-ambiguity environments.
- Extreme organization and ownership of outcomes.
- Strategic commercial thinking and a high sense of urgency.
