What you will do

  • Own growth team operations, including lead tracking and campaign ROI analysis.
  • Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across multiple channels.
  • Optimize lead-generation strategies to reach key stakeholders and identify new market verticals.
  • Drive branding and messaging iterations.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and support the sales team in qualifying leads and improving conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • 0-1 years of experience in early-stage startups, particularly in marketing or enterprise customer roles.
  • Strong ability to craft long-term commercial strategies in dynamic markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Extreme organization and ownership of outcomes.
  • Strategic commercial thinking and a high sense of urgency.

Nice to have

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of lead tracking and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SEO best practices.
