TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving market development and acquiring net-new club and youth sports organizations through consultative sales with an accent on lead generation, online demos, and relationship building with athletic directors and coaches. Focus on scaling our presence across multiple sports verticals and consistently exceeding revenue targets within a defined territory.
Location: Must be based in or relocate to Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE. This role requires three days per week in the Lincoln, NE office.
Salary: Base $40k–$50k USD, OTE $80k–$100k USD.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new youth and club organization accounts.
- Conduct frequent phone outreach and online software demonstrations.
- Collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to identify how video analysis solutions can improve their programs.
- Manage territory strategy and outreach pipeline to ensure consistent goal attainment.
- Work across diverse sports verticals, maintaining a deep understanding of unique customer personas.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Ability to reside in or relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, NE.
- Availability for 3 days per week in the Lincoln, NE office.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills with a confident, resilient approach to prospecting.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to effectively manage territory and sales activities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling SaaS products.
- Background or active involvement in club or high school sports as an athlete or coach.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
