TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business and managing the full sales cycle for an EOR and payroll platform with an accent on outbound lead generation, consultative demos, and high-velocity deal closing. Focus on building and refining target account strategies, contributing to the sales tech stack implementation, and maintaining consistent quota attainment in a hyper-growth startup environment.

Location: Must be based in Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Ukraine, North Macedonia, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Drive new business development through both inbound leads and proactive outbound activity.
  • Target prospect companies strategically and refine target account profiles in collaboration with SDR and marketing teams.
  • Conduct consultative platform demos to highlight the benefits of the product for prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to close deals at high velocity.
  • Track and report progress using the company CRM.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process and contribute to the selection of the sales tech stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and working on complex deals.
  • Excellent English communication skills and strategic thinking.
  • Consultative selling experience is essential.
  • Experience in HR or FinTech software, especially EOR, is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup with effective time management.
