What you will do
- Drive new business development through both inbound leads and proactive outbound activity.
- Target prospect companies strategically and refine target account profiles in collaboration with SDR and marketing teams.
- Conduct consultative platform demos to highlight the benefits of the product for prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to close deals at high velocity.
- Track and report progress using the company CRM.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process and contribute to the selection of the sales tech stack.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume B2B environment.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and working on complex deals.
- Excellent English communication skills and strategic thinking.
- Consultative selling experience is essential.
- Experience in HR or FinTech software, especially EOR, is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup with effective time management.
