Location: Must be based in Poland. Role is Remote.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a professional ambassador for the company.
  • Manage and grow the existing account base, focusing on increasing scope and overall value.
  • Meet renewal targets, generate price quotes, and upsell products and services to address customer needs.
  • Execute effective sales campaigns and proactively engage with customers via high-volume calls and emails.
  • Maintain and forecast sales pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Outside Sales.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, preferably in technology.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of mobile technology and industry trends.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
