What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a professional ambassador for the company.
- Manage and grow the existing account base, focusing on increasing scope and overall value.
- Meet renewal targets, generate price quotes, and upsell products and services to address customer needs.
- Execute effective sales campaigns and proactively engage with customers via high-volume calls and emails.
- Maintain and forecast sales pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Outside Sales.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, preferably in technology.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Salesforce.
- Strong phone presence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of mobile technology and industry trends.
Nice to have
- Proven experience in a SaaS environment.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
