What you will do

• Program and configure promotional offers within the loyalty platform.
• Manage end-to-end campaign testing, launch scheduling, and execution.
• Set up segmentation for targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Conduct remote testing of POS systems to ensure technical integration.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports.
• Provide support for escalated retailer and customer inquiries, including phone-based assistance.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems or strong technical aptitude to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data organization.
• Customer support experience with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm US Eastern Time
