What you will do

  • Execute and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using email, push, and SMS.
  • Translate business priorities into impactful customer-facing journeys and communications.
  • Utilize performance insights to drive improvements in engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Support testing and experimentation across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Refine CRM processes and workflows to ensure scalable operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a B2C environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using performance data to guide marketing strategy and execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • Proactive approach to building and improving complex customer journeys.
  • Must be able to work from the Lisbon office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable or Braze.
  • Background in working across multiple international markets.
  • Deep understanding of CRM performance analysis, reporting, and A/B testing methodologies.
